Grenada and many other countries have already cancelled their programs in the last few years. The disadvantage of these programs is that they are not looked at favorably by other countries, especially industrialized nations. If you travel on any of these documents, expect to be subjected to scrutiny at some locations which may cause considerable delay and inconvenience, especially if your details are not typical of those of the country whose passport you hold.
